Returns & Exchange

NOTE: Return is applicable only within 14 days of delivery date.

1. PREPARATION
Place your item back into the transparent plastic bag/the bag the product came in.
Do not remove the tag

2. RETURN
That’s it; you’re ready to return it.
The next step just depends on the carrier you chose for delivery:
If your parcel was delivered by DHL or any other shipping provider, take your return parcel to them and have to mailed to the address provided
Make sure to ask for a receipt as proof of having returned the parcel.

ACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
1. Faulty Goods/Manufacturing Defect/Other Reason(s)
2. Can I have an Exchange Instead of a Refund?
Yes we do offer exchange. Please do contact Customer Care for more information.

P.S Returns are not applicable on any discounted product. Exchange would be advised but the return cost would be borne by the customer.

Refund allocated only when:
1. The product is not under any sale category or given a discount price
2. It is damaged or hampered with before receiving or wearing the product
3. There would be no refund on size change, not to my liking or any other by choice reasons. We can surely offer an exchange for the same.

3. REFUND
Once we’ve received your returned parcel, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
As soon as we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a refund. We’ll make sure to process your return within approx. 14 working days.*
