At the time of order confirmation, you will receive an email with a link to the tracking details. You simply need to click on it and it will re-direct you to the shipping service provider’s page. You will receive all the information you need.

1. PREPARATION

Place your item back into the transparent plastic bag/the bag the product came in.
Do not remove the tag

2. RETURN

That’s it; you’re ready to return it.
The next step just depends on the carrier you chose for delivery:
If your parcel was delivered by DHL or any other shipping provider, take your return parcel to them and have to mailed to the address provided
Make sure to ask for a receipt as proof of having returned the parcel.

3. REFUND

Once we’ve received your returned parcel, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
As soon as we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a refund. We’ll make sure to process your return within approx. 14 working days.*

After we have received your parcel in the warehouse, our team would do a thorough check on the product. Once that is done, we will process your refund within 3-5days.

Firstly you would not receive a damage product from our end. But due to any reason you do, it’s all on us! All you need to do is
* Take pictures of the damage part of the product and mail it to support@londonrag.com
* Once our team has reviewed your mail, we will send you an acknowledgment mail back
* We will send you the replacement of the same product within 5-7days

Yes, you can cancel your order before the shipment is made. The general time taken from an order placed to shipment confirmation is 3-5 hours.

Sorry, once the order is placed you cannot change the product.

Counting from the date your order is received, you have 15 (fifteen) working days in which to return the products ordered.

Your refund will be initiated in 2 business days of receipt of Goods and Quality check. The crediting in bank is subject to clearance.

1. Normally it shows on the day of refund confirmation by us (or up to 7 days after this date depending on your bank’s processing times)

2. If it’s not there, try looking back to the date when you bought the items – some banks now highlight the refund credit against the initial debit date (or up to 7 days after this date depending on your bank’s processing time)

Exchanges are accepted in the cases if:

1. You did not receive the products that you ordered (wrong product sent from our end)
2. If there was a defect/ damage in the product (which generally is not the case as all our products are Quality checked before sending them to you)
3. If the order was shipped partially.

Only one return transaction per order will be accepted. Therefore, it is best to carefully examine ALL items received to ensure satisfaction before making a return of a portion of your order.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects.
If you feel you have received a defective item, please inform us of this problem so that we can send you a replacement or a refund.
